Sympathomimetic toxidrome — severity?
💡 Toxidrome (agitation + hyperthermia + tachycardia + hypertension + mydriasis + diaphoresis + hallucinations/psychosis) — cocaine/amphetamine/methamphetamine/MDMA/cathinones (bath salts). Dangers: seizures, rhabdomyolysis → AKI, coronary/cerebral ischemia, ICH, cardiovascular collapse. Differentiate: anticholinergic (dry skin), serotonin syndrome, NMS, thyroid storm, withdrawal, ICH.
