📋 Case data
- Bedside phenotypeCold-wet (hypoperfusion + congestion)
Data is taken from this pathway's reviewed node text. Work through the pathway step by step.
Step 1 / 1 · Bedside phenotype
Which phenotype — perfusion (warm/cold) × congestion (wet/dry)?
💡 Initial: oxygen (SpO2 <90% or respiratory distress → oxygen / NIV), monitoring, find the trigger CHAMPIT (ACS, hypertensive emergency, arrhythmia, mechanical complication, PE, infection, tamponade). Congestion (wet) = pulmonary/systemic congestion; hypoperfusion (cold) = cool extremities, mottling, oliguria, altered mentation, narrow pulse pressure.
