Stomach bubble + amniotic fluid + upper pouch (fetal MRI)?

💡 EA ± TEF prenatal suspicion = absent/small stomach bubble + polyhydramnios (>25 weeks); but in TEF >80% a distal fistula lets the stomach show and is missed (sensitivity ~40%). The upper cervical pouch sign is more specific. Fetal MRI accuracy is better than ultrasound (absent stomach bubble + esophageal/pouch dilation combination).
