넓은 QRS 빈맥 — 안정적입니까, 불안정합니까?

💡 넓은 QRS(≥0.12초) 빈맥은 기본적으로 심실빈맥으로 간주해 처치한다(불확실해도 VT로 본다). 불안정 징후: 저혈압·쇼크, 의식 변화, 허혈성 흉통, 급성 심부전. 먼저 맥박을 확인한다 — 무맥이면 심정지에 준해 처치한다(CPR + 제세동).
