MCDA와 두 태아의 MCA-PSV 차이, 병기는?

💡 TAPS = 단일융모막 쌍태에서 미세한(<1 mm) 동정맥 문합을 통한 만성 일방향 수혈로 공혈아는 빈혈, 수혈아는 적혈구 증가가 생기지만 양수량의 차이는 없다(TTTS와의 차이). 자연 발생은 약 3–5%, 레이저 후는 약 2–13%이다. 진단: 공혈아 MCA-PSV >1.5 MoM, 수혈아 <1.0 MoM. 새로 추가된 delta MCA-PSV >0.5 MoM이 더 민감하다. MCDA는 약 20주부터(특히 TTTS 레이저 후) MCA-PSV를 선별한다.
