STEMI가 확진되고 증상 발생 <12시간입니까?

💡 STEMI = 허혈 증상과 심전도의 ST 분절 상승(또는 새로 생긴 좌각차단). 즉시 대증 처치(저산소일 때만 산소, 질산염, 진통), 이중 항혈소판제, 항응고, 심전도 감시와 제세동 준비를 시행한다. 확진되면 곧바로 재관류 전략을 결정한다.
