Hunter 기준에 부합합니까(세로토닌 작용 약물 사용과 신경근 소견)?

💡 세로토닌 작용 약물(SSRI·SNRI·MAOI·트라마돌·리네졸리드·트립탄·MDMA 등) 사용 후 빠르게 발병한다(<24시간). Hunter 기준: 약물 사용에 다음 중 하나 — ① 자발적 간헐성 근경련, ② 유발성 간헐성 근경련과 초조 또는 발한, ③ 안구 간헐성 근경련과 초조 또는 발한, ④ 떨림과 반사 과다, ⑤ 근긴장도 증가와 체온 >38℃, 안구 또는 유발성 간헐성 근경련. 간헐성 근경련·반사 과다(특히 하지)가 핵심 감별점이다(NMS는 강직과 반사 감소를 보인다).
