간경변 복수 환자입니다. 진단적 복수천자에서 복수의 호중구(PMN)는?

💡 간경변 복수에서 감염이 의심되면(발열, 복통, 간성뇌증 악화, 신기능 악화. 무증상일 수도 있다) → 진단적 복수천자를 시행한다. 복수 호중구 PMN ≥250/mm³(0.25×10⁹/L) = SBP. 배양 음성 호중구증가성 복수(PMN ≥250, 배양 음성)도 SBP에 준해 치료한다. 침상에서 복수를 혈액배양병에 주입한다. SAAG ≥1.1은 문맥 고혈압 배경을 시사한다.
