비조영 두부 CT 결과는?

💡 갑작스러운 극심한(「평생 가장 심한」) 두통에 목 경직, 구토, 의식 장애, 광선공포증이 동반되면 SAH를 강하게 의심한다. 즉시 비조영 두부 CT를 시행한다(6시간 내 민감도 98–100%, 이후 점차 감소).
