감염과 폐색, AKI, 조절되지 않는 심한 통증이 있습니까?

💡 요관 결석의 폐색으로 옆구리·복부의 방사통과 오심·구토, 혈뇨가 나타난다. 진단: 비조영 CT(CT KUB)가 표준으로 우선한다(위치·크기·밀도 확인). EAU는 초기 검사로 초음파를 권고한다(임신·피폭 감소). 자연 배출: <5 mm는 약 75–90%, 5–10 mm는 약 50%, >10 mm는 <25%이며 원위부일수록 잘 배출된다.
