폐경 후 출혈(PMB)입니까, 무증상으로 우연히 발견된 내막 비후입니까?

💡 PMB = 마지막 월경 후 ≥12개월에 발생한 자궁 출혈이다. 자궁내막암의 약 90%가 PMB로 발현하며 PMB는 내막암 위험을 약 64배 높인다. 질식 초음파 단독으로는 암의 5–12%를 놓친다(얇은 내막의 고등급·장액성·명세포암 포함). 내막 두께는 내막 내 액체를 포함하지 않고 측정한다.
