고위험 배경과 초음파의 PAS 소견은?(± MRI)

💡 PAS = 태반의 비정상 침입이다(accreta는 근층에 도달, increta는 근층 내로 침입, percreta는 장막 ± 방광을 관통). 고위험: 전치태반과 제왕절개 병력(횟수에 따라 급증해 1–5회에서 약 3·11·40·61·67%). 질식·복부 초음파를 우선한다(고위험군에서 민감도 81–91%, 특이도 97%).
