기도 침범이나 농양 형성이 있습니까?

💡 청소년·젊은 성인에서 가장 흔한 심경부 감염으로 대개 급성 편도염에 속발하며 다균성이다(A군 베타용혈성 연쇄구균이 가장 흔하고 구강 혐기성균 동반). 수일간의 일측 심한 인두통과 삼킴통, 같은 쪽 귀 통증, 발열이 나타난다. 개구장애가 특징적이며(약 2/3에서 나타나 단순 편도염과 구분된다), 「뜨거운 감자」 같은 웅얼거리는 목소리, 침 흘림, 구취가 동반된다. 진찰에서 편도가 안쪽 아래로 밀리고 연구개가 부풀며 구개편도수가 반대쪽으로 치우친다. 진단: 임상적이며 ± 초음파·조영 CT(범위 확인, 심경부 감염 배제).
