환자의 혈역학이 안정적입니까?
💡 불안정 = 쇼크 또는 지속적 저혈압(수축기혈압 <90 mmHg, 또는 기저치보다 ≥40 mmHg 감소가 >15 min 지속. 신규 부정맥·저혈량·패혈증에 의한 경우는 제외).
