난포 수, 난소 부피, 연령은?

💡 PCOM은 Rotterdam 기준의 3개 중 2개 중 하나이다(고안드로겐, 배란 장애, PCOM 또는 AMH 상승). 고안드로겐과 희발월경이 있으면 초음파 없이도 진단할 수 있다. 초경 후 >8년인 경우에만 사용한다(청소년에서는 검사하지 않으며 특이도가 낮다). 난포 수와 난소 부피를 보고하고 우성 난포 ≥10 mm, 황체, 낭은 제외한다.
