산후 발열과 하복부·측복부 통증 — 난소 정맥 혈전이 의심됩니까?

💡 POVT는 드물지만 중대하다(Virchow 3요소). 80–90%가 우측이다(커지고 우회전한 자궁이 우측 난소 정맥을 압박하며 좌측은 역방향 혈류). 대개 산후 10일 이내(2–15일)에 발생한다. 하복부·측복부 통증과 발열, 백혈구 증가가 나타나고 줄 모양 종물이 만져질 수 있다. 오진하기 쉽다: 충수염, 신우신염, 부속기 염전, TOA, 자궁내막염, 화농성 골반 혈전성 정맥염.
