난소암이 확진되거나 의심됩니다 — 영상 병기와 절제 가능성은?

💡 상피성 난소·난관·복막암이다. 복부 골반 CT가 병기의 1차 검사이다(병소 분포와 부담, 절제 가능성 평가. 초음파는 진단·정성에 쓰이며 병기에는 사용하지 않는다 — 도플러로 복막 전이를 찾는 민감도는 69%에 불과하며 CT 92%·MRI 95%와 대비된다). MRI·DWI(전신 포함)로 복막 병변과 PCI를 평가하고 PET-CT로 림프절과 원격을 평가한다. 소견: 대망 케이크, 복막 결절·파종, 복수, 우측 횡격막 하방에 흔하다(복강 내 흐름을 따른다).
