먼저 판단한다: 검사가 충분한지, 생리적인지, 형태 점수가 필요한지?

💡 O-RADS US v2022는 난소, 부속기·난관, 난소 주위 낭의 악성 위험을 평가하는 데 사용한다. 적용하지 않는 경우: 골반염(PID), 자궁외 임신, 정상 난소의 염전, 명백히 난소 외 기원(예: 근종). 컬러 점수 CS: 1 혈류 없음, 2 소량, 3 중등, 4 뚜렷함. 먼저 생리적 병변과 전형적 양성 병변(CBL)을 구분하고 나머지는 형태 점수로 평가한다.
