병변의 성분은?(초음파로 판정이 불확실한 부속기 병변에 사용)

💡 MRI는 초음파로 불확실한 부속기 병변에 사용한다(정확도 약 91%, 절단값 ≥4를 악성으로 본다). 핵심: 조영증강되는 고형 조직은 잠재적 악성이며 전혀 조영증강되지 않으면 신뢰할 수 있는 양성이다. 고형이면서 T2 저신호와 DWI 저신호이면 섬유성이다(예: 섬유종, 양성). 역동적 조영증강(DCE)이 있으면 시간-강도 곡선(TIC)으로 분류한다.
