임상적으로 괴사성 근막염이 강하게 의심됩니까(적신호)?

💡 외과적 응급이며 치사율이 높고 임상 진단이다. 적신호: 통증이 신체 소견에 비해 심함, 발적·부종이 빠르게 번짐, 보이는 범위를 넘는 피하 목질 경화, 전신 중독, 피부 괴사·수포·혈성 수포·염발음, 항생제에 24–48시간 무반응. LRINEC(나트륨·혈당·크레아티닌·CRP·백혈구·헤모글로빈) ≤5 저위험, 6–7 중간, ≥8 고위험 — 민감도가 낮아 배제할 수 없으므로 보조로만 쓰고 수술을 지체하지 않는다.
