중증 갑상선기능저하의 비보상 상태입니까(의식 변화 + 저체온 + 유발 요인)?

💡 비보상성 중증 갑상선기능저하이다. 3징후: 의식 변화, 저체온, 유발 요인(감염, 한랭, 심근경색, 진정제, 레보티록신 누락, 수술). 서맥, 저혈압, 저나트륨, 저혈당, 환기 저하가 동반된다. >95%가 원발성이다(TSH 상승, FT4 저하). 모든 검사 결과를 기다리지 않고 경험적으로 치료한다.
