호흡·구인부 침범이 있습니까(한 호흡 세기, FVC)?

💡 중증근무력증이 악화되어 호흡부전으로 삽관·비침습 환기가 필요한 상태이며, 구인부 근력 저하로 흡인이 발생한다. 유발 요인: 감염·수술·임신·약물(β 차단제, 정맥 마그네슘, 플루오로퀴놀론, 아미노글리코사이드, 마크로라이드). 감시: 한 호흡 세기(20까지 세지 못하면 경계), FVC, NIF. 전신 근력 저하가 호흡 곤란을 가릴 수 있다. 콜린성 위기(콜린성 과다: SLUDGE, 근섬유다발수축)와 감별해야 한다.
