말라리아가 확진되었습니다 — WHO 중증 기준에 부합합니까?

💡 발열과 함께 혈액도말(후층·박층 도말로 종 감별과 기생충 밀도 확인) 및/또는 신속진단검사를 시행한다. 둘 다 음성이면 경험적으로 치료하지 않는다(의심되면 재검할 수 있다). 중증 열대열 말라리아 = 열대열 말라리아 기생충혈증에 다음 중 하나가 있고 다른 원인이 없는 경우: 의식 장애·혼수(GCS <11), 탈진, 반복 경련, 산증, 저혈당 <2.2 mmol/L, 중증 빈혈(Hb <7), 신손상(크레아티닌 >265 µmol/L), 황달, 폐부종·ARDS, 출혈·DIC, 쇼크, 고기생충혈증 >10%. 중국은 국내 말라리아가 퇴치되었으므로 유입 사례를 경계한다.
