국소마취 후 중추신경·심혈관 독성 소견이 나타났습니까?

💡 혈장 국소마취제 농도가 과도하게 높아진 상태이다(대개 신경 차단 중 혈관 내 오주입. 부피바카인의 심독성이 가장 강하다). 이상성으로 진행한다: 먼저 중추신경 흥분(입 주위 저림, 이명, 금속 맛, 초조, 경련) → 억제. 심혈관은 고혈압에서 저혈압·서맥·전도 차단·심실성 부정맥·심정지로 진행하며, 흡수로 인해 갑자기 심정지가 올 수 있다.
