발열 ≥5일에서 가와사키병에 부합합니까?

💡 완전형: 발열 ≥5일과 주요 소견 ≥4개(양측 결막 충혈로 삼출 없음, 입술·구강 변화[딸기혀], 다형 피부발진, 사지 변화[손발의 부종·발적, 회복기 낙설], 경부 림프절 ≥1.5 cm으로 대개 편측). 5개 모두 있으면 4일째에 진단할 수 있다. 불완전형: 발열 ≥5일과 주요 소견 2–3개에 검사 소견(CRP ≥3.0 mg/dL, ESR 상승과 보조 항목) 또는 초음파의 관상동맥 이상이 동반된 경우.
