💡 우발적 저체온 = 심부 체온 <35℃. 등급: 경증 32–35℃(오한, 체온 조절이 유지될 수 있다), 중등증 28–32℃(의식 저하, 오한이 멈출 수 있다), 중증 <28℃(혼수, 활력징후 있음), 극중증 <24℃. 심전도: 서맥, Osborn(J)파(약 32℃, 심실세동 위험 증가), 각 간격의 연장. 심실세동을 막기 위해 부드럽게 이송한다. 감시하며 저혈당을 확인해 교정하고 응고장애를 경계한다(가온된 혈액으로 검사하면 거짓 정상으로 나올 수 있다). 동반 원인을 확인한다(알코올, 저혈당, 진정제, 패혈증, 갑상선기능저하).
