💡 HSG는 투시 하에 자궁경부로 조영제를 주입해 난관 개통성과 자궁강 형태를 평가한다(불임). 시기: 난포기(월경 후 배란 전). 금기: 활동성 골반염, 임신, 활동성 출혈, 조영제 알레르기. 난관수종·골반염 위험이 있으면 예방적 항생제를 투여한다.
