💡 열성 경련 = 생후 6–60개월, 발열(≥38℃)과 함께 발생한 경련으로 중추신경계 감염이나 확인된 대사성 원인이 없는 경우. 기도를 확보하고 측위를 취하며 억지로 붙잡지 않고 시작·종료 시각을 기록한다.
