질식 초음파의 국소 소견 → 자궁초음파조영·자궁내시경?

💡 자궁내막 폴립 = 샘과 간질의 국소 증식으로 흔히 비정상 자궁 출혈을 일으킨다. 위험 요인은 타목시펜, 비만, 호르몬 대체요법이다. 질식 초음파: 국소적으로 고에코의 내막이 두꺼워지거나 자궁강 내 타원형 종물이 보이며 내막과 등에코일 수 있다(잘 드러나지 않음). 컬러 도플러의 단일 영양 혈관(「혈관 줄기 징후」)은 특이도가 높다(약 95%). 증식기 초기(3–7일, 내막이 얇을 때)가 최적이다.
