💡 경막정맥동·뇌정맥의 혈전으로 정맥 유출이 막혀 두개내압 상승과 정맥성 경색·출혈이 발생한다. 두통이 가장 흔하다(단독 두통에서 국소 결손·발작·시신경유두 부종·혼수까지). 뇌졸중, 지주막하출혈, 종양처럼 보일 수 있다. 위험 요인: 혈전성향증, 임신·산욕, 경구 피임약, 악성종양, 감염(중이·유양돌기·부비동 — 화농성), 탈수. 비조영 CT는 흔히 정상이다(고밀도 혈전·cord 징후는 약 1/3에서만 보이므로 이것만으로 판단하지 않는다).
