둔상 외상 — 임상적으로 경추를 배제할 수 있습니까?

💡 배제될 때까지 경추 고정을 유지한다. NEXUS(민감도 약 99%)의 저위험 5개 항목을 모두 충족하면 영상이 면제된다: ① 경추 후방 정중선 압통 없음 ② 국소 신경학적 결손 없음 ③ 의식 정상(GCS 15) ④ 중독 증거 없음 ⑤ 주의를 분산시키는 통증성 손상 없음. 캐나다 규칙(CCR. 각성 상태로 안정된 환자에 한함)은 고위험(연령 ≥65, 위험한 기전, 사지 저림)과 목을 능동적으로 45° 회전할 수 있는지를 함께 본다.
