갑작스러운 무통성 단안 시력 급감 — 동맥염성이 주된 기전입니까?

💡 「눈 뇌졸중」 = 망막의 급성 허혈성 경색이다. 갑작스러운 무통성 단안 시력 급감(수 초 내), 상대적 구심성 동공 장애(RAPD), 안저에서 망막 창백과 중심오목의 체리 적색 반점 ± 육안으로 보이는 색전이 특징이다. 기전은 대개 경동맥·심장성 색전(같은 쪽 경동맥 병변이 약 50%)이거나 거대세포동맥염(동맥염성)이다.
