서맥과 저혈압 — 중증이거나 불응성입니까?

💡 칼슘 통로 차단제(베라파밀·딜티아젬)와 β 차단제 과다 → 서맥, 저혈압, 전도 차단(방실차단). CCB에서는 흔히 고혈당이 나타나고(인슐린 분비 억제), BB에서는 저혈당이 나타날 수 있다. 일부 BB(프로프라놀롤)는 나트륨 통로 차단 작용이 있어 QRS를 넓힌다. 먼저 ABC, 심전도 감시, 혈당 측정을 시행한다.
