부식제 삼킴 — 기도와 증상은 어떻습니까?

💡 강산(응고 괴사로 주로 위를 손상)과 강알칼리(액화 괴사로 깊이 침투하며 식도를 손상. 예: 배관 세척제) — 중국에서도 관련이 있다(자살·가정용품). 처치는 유사하다. 금기(「네 가지 금지」): 구토를 유발하지 않고, 위세척을 하지 않으며, 중화하지 않고(산-알칼리 중화의 발열로 악화된다), 활성탄을 사용하지 않는다(흡착되지 않고 내시경 시야를 가린다. 염화아연·수은 등 전신 독성이 동반된 경우는 예외). 우유·물로 희석하는 것은 최초 수 분에만 해당하며 논란이 있다.
