💡 GINA 기준: 문장을 온전히 말할 수 있고 앉기를 선호하며 초조하지 않고 SpO₂ 90–95%, PEF >50%이면 경–중등증. 단어만 말하고 앞으로 기울여 앉으며 초조하고 호흡수 >30, 보조근 사용, HR >120, SpO₂ <90%, PEF ≤50%이면 중증. 졸림, 의식 혼탁, 침묵 흉부, 서맥은 생명을 위협하는 상태이다.
