💡 갑작스러운 극심한 찢어지는 듯한 흉통·배부통, 좌우 맥박이나 혈압의 비대칭, 종격 확대가 특징이다. CTA(안정된 환자에서 우선)로 확진한다. 치료하지 않으면 시간마다 사망률이 1–2% 증가한다. Stanford A = 상행 대동맥 침범, B = 하행 대동맥만(좌쇄골하동맥 이하). 모든 유형에서 먼저 항충동 치료를 시작한다.
