항콜린 중독 증후군 — 심한 섬망이나 넓은 QRS가 있습니까?

💡 무스카린 수용체를 길항한다(항히스타민제·삼환계·항정신병약·아트로핀과 스코폴라민·흰독말풀 등). 「토끼처럼 뜨겁고(무한성 고열), 뼈처럼 마르고, 비트처럼 붉고, 박쥐처럼 눈멀고(동공 산대), 모자장수처럼 미치고(섬망·환각·허공 잡기), 주머니처럼 팽만하다(요저류)」와 함께 빈맥과 장음 감소가 나타난다. 피부 건조와 장음 감소로 교감신경작용제 중독과 감별할 수 있다. 디펜히드라민과 삼환계는 나트륨 통로 차단으로 QRS를 넓히므로 심전도를 확인한다.
