급성 안통과 충혈, 시야 흐림·무리 시야, 안압의 뚜렷한 상승이 있습니까?

💡 안과적 응급이다. 소견: 급성 안통, 두통, 오심·구토, 결막 충혈, 각막 부종, 중등도로 산대되어 고정된 동공, 광원 주위 무리. 안압 측정에서 뚜렷한 상승(흔히 50–80 mmHg). 수 시간만 지체해도 영구적 시력 손상이 생길 수 있다. 안압을 빠르게 낮춘 뒤 레이저 주변부 홍채절개술(LPI)을 시행하는 것이 목표이다.
