출혈 부위·등급(IVH Papile)과 원인은?

💡 태아 두개내 출혈이다. MRI: SWI·T2*-GRE가 혈액에 가장 민감하고 혈액 분해 산물은 T1 고신호·T2 저신호를 보인다. IVH 등급(조산아 Papile과 동일): I 발생기질, II IVH로 뇌실 확장 없음, III IVH와 뇌실 확장, IV 뇌실 주위 출혈성 경색(PVHI). 원인으로 태아모체 동종면역성 혈소판 감소(FNAIT), 모체 ITP, 응고·혈전 성향, 외상, TTTS, CMV, COL4A1을 확인해야 한다.
