MCA-PSV(MoM)와 원인, 수종의 유무는?

💡 빈혈은 혈액 점도를 낮추고 심박출을 늘려 MCA-PSV를 높인다. Mari: MCA-PSV ≥1.5 MoM이 중등도–중증 빈혈을 예측한다(민감도 100%, 특이도 88%). 근위 중대뇌동맥 기시부에서 각도 0으로 태동이 없을 때 측정한다. 원인으로 적혈구 동종면역(모체 항체), 파보바이러스, 태아모체 수혈, α 지중해빈혈, TAPS를 확인해야 한다.
