💡 질식 초음파(TVU)가 표준이다(방광을 비우고 시상면에서 내구부터 외구까지 측정하며 과도하게 압박하지 않고 자궁경부가 화면의 약 50%를 차지하게 한다). 깔때기 징후(내구가 열리며 내구에서 아래로 진행) ± 양수의 「모래」 소견은 위험을 높인다(유무만 기록하면 되고 깔때기의 깊이·폭은 측정하지 않아도 된다). 짧은 자궁경부 = CL ≤25 mm(<24주).
