Common questions

Does a high score mean I have sleep apnea?
No. It is a risk screen indicating whether further testing is warranted. Confirmation needs polysomnography (PSG), judged by a sleep/respiratory doctor.
How do I estimate BMI?
BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height (m) squared. For example, 1.7 m and 101 kg gives BMI ≈ 35. If unsure, use the BMI on your routine check-up report.
