Common questions

What GAD-7 score warrants a visit?
Generally 10 or above suggests moderate-or-higher anxiety and a mental-health / clinical-psychology assessment. The score is a guide; whether intervention is needed is a clinician's call.
How is anxiety different from normal nervousness?
Occasional nervousness is normal. If worry is persistent, hard to control, and clearly affects sleep, work or life, with an elevated GAD-7, it warrants attention and professional advice.
Can I do it with PHQ-9?
Yes. Anxiety and depression often co-occur, and many clinical settings use GAD-7 and PHQ-9 together. Both are available here; consider them together.
