How is the result calculated?
Seven items — gestational age, behavioral state, maximum heart-rate increase, maximum desaturation, brow bulge, eye squeeze, nasolabial furrow — each 0–3, total 0–21: ≤ 6 no/minimal, 7–12 moderate, > 12 severe.
